Full body stretching

A full body stretch is a series of movements that involve extending and lengthening the muscles of the entire body. It can help to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension and soreness, and increase blood flow and circulation. A full body stretch typically includes stretches for the arms, shoulders, back, hips, legs, and feet. It can be done as a warm-up or cool-down before or after physical activity, or as a standalone routine to promote relaxation and release stress.
